Performance Marketing Associate

Responsibilities
Campaign Setup & QA
- Organize briefs, channel specifications, creative files, audiences, links, and tracking requirements.
- Assist with campaign setup and perform structured QA of targeting, budgets, creative, landing pages, naming, and tracking.
- Maintain campaign calendars and launch trackers.
- Traffic creative assets and maintain version control across platforms, agencies, and internal teams.
Measurement & Reporting
- Build and QA UTMs and other campaign-tracking inputs.
- Pull recurring performance data and maintain pacing sheets, dashboards, and campaign reports.
- Monitor spend, clicks, conversion rate, booking volume, and acquisition efficiency; flag unusual changes.
- Document experiments and summarize changes, outcomes, and learnings.
- Support landing-page and funnel testing by maintaining test logs, checking implementation, and organizing results.
Creative, Agency & Cross-Functional Support
- Partner with creative and brand teams to ensure paid-media assets meet channel requirements and arrive on time.
- Organize creative-performance learnings across messages, formats, and audiences.
- Coordinate routine deliverables, reporting needs, asset requests, and follow-ups with agencies and vendors.
- Work with product and analytics teams to surface tracking or funnel issues and move them toward resolution.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of relevant experience; internships, coursework, student consulting, freelance work, paid-media projects, analytics projects, and personal side projects count.
- Comfort working with numbers and spreadsheets.
- Exceptional attention to detail and patience with pre-launch QA.
- Curiosity about digital advertising, growth, consumer behavior, experimentation, and measurable business results.
- Strong organization, follow-through, and communication.
- Confidence flagging issues or inconsistencies.
- Growth mindset and willingness to learn unfamiliar tools and concepts quickly.
- Bias toward action with care for data quality, patient-facing experiences, and regulated healthcare marketing.
- Must be based in the United States.

- Exposure to Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, GA4, Looker, Tableau, or another analytics or advertising platform.
- Experience using data to make and explain a recommendation.
