Responsibilities
- Own performance outcomes for Streaming TV and online video (OLV) campaigns from planning and activation through optimization, analysis, and client-ready reporting.
- Manage pacing, KPIs, and issue resolution; identify problems early and drive them to resolution.
- Partner with mid-market and enterprise advertisers, explaining performance, insights, tradeoffs, and recommendations.
- Use performance data to improve results, identify scaling opportunities, and support long-term client growth.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to surface issues, provide feedback, and improve programmatic tools, workflows, and measurement.
- Use and help develop AI-powered tools and automation for campaign analysis and optimization.
- Apply learnings across clients, platforms, and strategies.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital media, performance marketing, or strategy roles involving media planning, activation, and reporting.
- Experience with at least one major demand-side platform (DSP), including bidding strategies and optimization levers.
- Understanding of marketing and sales funnels and performance KPIs.
- Strong analytical judgment and ability to make tradeoffs with incomplete information.
- Ability to take ownership, solve ambiguous problems, improve processes, and grow into strategic client work.
- Ability to form and defend data-driven points of view.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with account- and system-level thinking.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong spreadsheet and presentation skills, including Google Sheets, Google Slides, formulas, and large datasets.
- Interest in learning new technology and using AI for process and productivity.
Nice to Have
- Experience with walled-garden platforms such as Amazon, YouTube, or Meta, including their measurement constraints, optimization levers, and tradeoffs.
