Owns forecasting, financial modeling, KPI analysis, and executive reporting for the Sales Finance team. Requires a bachelor’s degree, 4+ years of relevant experience, strong Excel or Google Sheets expertise, GAAP knowledge, and familiarity with SQL and SaaS.

Responsibilities

  • Own and improve forecasts for bookings, invoicing, collections, and cash, identifying key risks and opportunities.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the business model to drive forecasts and business insights.
  • Analyze company performance against financial and operational KPIs and communicate insights to Finance leadership.
  • Develop scalable, driver-based forecasting models and improve methodologies through historical analysis and business insights.
  • Build executive-level reporting and presentations that communicate financial performance and strategic recommendations.
  • Drive process improvements, automation, and reporting enhancements.
  • Partner cross-functionally across Finance and Sales Strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a comparable field.
  • 4+ years of corporate finance, management consulting, or investment banking experience.
  • Experience building financial models independently and preparing recommendations.
  • Solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience simplifying and scaling processes in a fast-moving, high-growth business.
  • Ability to learn and solve problems independently.
  • Ability to prioritize objectives and meet deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
  • Expertise in Excel or Google Sheets, including maintaining complex spreadsheets.
  • Comfort managing large datasets and driver-based models.
  • Prior experience using SQL or willingness to learn.

  • Familiarity with the software industry and SaaS.

Compensation and benefits

  • ATS-listed salary range: $123,700–$189,000 USD.
  • Zone 1 pay range: $137,400–$189,000 USD.
  • Zone 2 pay range: $123,700–$170,050 USD.
  • Total compensation may include an annual performance bonus, equity, and benefits.
