Responsibilities
- Architect and drive scalable, reusable frontend components and shared libraries used by product teams.
- Define and execute the long-term technical direction of the web platform, including framework decisions, architecture patterns, developer experience, and release infrastructure.
- Establish best practices for AI-powered development tools and guide organization-wide adoption.
- Own frontend tooling, build pipelines, and developer workflows end to end.
- Set and raise standards for code quality, accessibility, performance, Core Web Vitals, and design-system consistency.
- Identify systemic problems and drive solutions with broad impact across teams.
- Partner with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to deliver a cohesive web experience.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional frontend engineering experience.
- Experience leading high-impact technical work and owning platform-level decisions.
- Deep expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern frontend architecture.
- Strong understanding of web performance and performance debugging.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools, including Cursor and GitHub Copilot.
- Experience building and evolving component libraries, design systems, or shared UI frameworks.
- Strong ownership, initiative, communication, and cross-functional influence.
