About the role

What You'll Do

  • Own the enterprise roadmap end to end, from procurement and security review to driving daily usage and expansion across accounts.
  • Partner directly with Fortune 100 design partners, turning their requirements into a roadmap and shipping against it to drive enterprise-grade quality.
  • Build the core enterprise platform including RBAC and granular permissions, SSO/SAML and SCIM provisioning, admin and governance controls, org/team management, data privacy and residency, compliance standards, and spend controls.
  • Identify opportunities to differentiate OpenRouter for the enterprise by studying emerging trends in AI and making them enterprise-accessible.
  • Drive land-and-expand motions that grow usage from one team of developers into organization-wide rollouts.
  • Serve as the voice of the enterprise customer internally by joining sales calls and on-site visits to ship features that close deals and ensure customer success.
  • Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, security, and customer success to ship and drive enterprise outcomes.
  • Raise the bar on craft with strong product taste and judgment focused on trust, clarity, and details that determine enterprise adoption.

About You

  • 6+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years building enterprise products and a track record of moving a product up-market.
  • Built analytics-heavy, technically deep products with high taste, ideally at a data/analytics or forward-deployed platform serving sophisticated technical users.
  • Operated inside a real enterprise, sales-led GTM motion with Fortune 500 customers, multi-stakeholder deals, and procurement processes.
  • Fluency with IT, security, and admin buyer personas; know what it takes to roll out software at scale and satisfy security teams.
  • Hands-on familiarity with enterprise-readiness primitives: RBAC, SSO/SAML, SCIM, audit logs, and governance/compliance.
  • Strong technical judgment comfortable going deep with engineers on infrastructure, APIs, and security tradeoffs.
  • High agency and bias toward action; thrive in a small, fast-moving environment with fluid team boundaries.
  • Excellent written communication and collaborative style with engineers, designers, and GTM.

Bonus Points

  • Experience selling into or building for regulated industries (finance, healthcare, public sector) and familiarity with frameworks like SOC 2 and HIPAA.
  • Experience scaling an enterprise motion from early stage to scale at a high-growth company.
  • Familiarity with the AI ecosystem and what enterprises need to deploy it responsibly.
