About the role

What you will do

  • Follow up with inbound and outbound prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn to uncover fit, needs, and potential value.
  • Partner closely with Account Executives to hand off qualified opportunities and ensure a smooth buyer experience.
  • Capture and share insights from conversations to inform our sales plays, product roadmap, and agent development.
  • Experiment with new channels, messaging, and automation to continuously increase conversion and efficiency.
  • Use LangChain powered agents to test, learn, and improve prospecting strategies.

How to be successful in this role

  • 1–2 years of experience in a Sales, SDR, or BDR role within SaaS or technology (or strong curiosity and drive if you’re early in your career).
  • Clear, confident communicator who can engage both technical and business audiences.
  • Motivated by learning, iteration, and experimentation; treat outreach like a craft.
  • Comfortable with a mix of structure and ambiguity; execute repeatable processes while improving them.
  • Excited about modern sales tech, AI tools, and shaping next-generation GTM teams.
  • Positive, persistent, and highly organized; follow up, follow through, and bring energy to every interaction.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual salary range: $110,000 - $128,000 (base + variable).
  • Competitive compensation including base salary, meaningful equity, health and dental coverage, flexible vacation, 401(k) plan, and life insurance.
