- Own multiple critical platforms across scalability, platformization, and reliability.

- Re-architect platforms to support a 10x to 100x increase in scale.
- Improve developer experience by reducing platform onboarding time from weeks to hours.
- Develop features that improve product functionality and end-user experience.
- Foster engineering excellence with high standards for quality and productivity.
- Mentor junior team members and help develop future technical leaders.
Requirements
- 12+ years of production-level experience with Python, Java, Scala, C++, or a similar language.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience developing large-scale distributed systems from scratch.
- Experience working on a SaaS platform or with service-oriented architectures.
