Responsibilities
- Own the integrations and partnerships product roadmap across the AI tooling ecosystem.
- Identify, prioritize, and sequence integrations and partner experiences that position Temporal as an execution layer for AI systems.
- Conduct ongoing customer discovery and monitor the AI tooling landscape to inform roadmap decisions.
- Define ecosystem positioning, reference architectures, and composable building blocks for AI engineers.
- Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, Solutions Architecture, Developer Relations, and external partners to launch integrations and drive adoption.
- Develop internal enablement materials, including demos, talk tracks, and reference resources.
- Define and track KPIs focused on ecosystem adoption and momentum.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience or an equivalent track record.
- Staff-level product ownership, including turning ambiguous strategic questions into roadmaps and shipped outcomes with minimal direction.
- Deep familiarity with AI tooling, including agent frameworks and SDKs, model providers, evaluation tools, and observability platforms.
- Experience owning integrations, developer platforms, ecosystem products, or partner-facing products.
- Experience collaborating with Product Marketing, Sales, Solutions Architecture, external partners, and other go-to-market teams to launch products and drive adoption.
- Technical fluency in AI systems and the ability to participate effectively in design discussions with senior engineers.
- Strong narrative and written communication skills, including the ability to align organizations through strategic documents.
Nice to Have
- Background in distributed systems, durable execution, or workflow orchestration.
- Hands-on experience with Temporal or comparable systems.
- Developer Relations, field-facing, or technical marketing experience.
- Experience building reference architectures or developer enablement programs.
