About the role
Responsibilities
Define and lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for end-to-end data products spanning SDK event ingestion, the data platform, and customer-facing data products.
Own the strategy for AI-powered analysis and agent experiences, including how AI surfaces insights, anomalies, and recommendations from software delivery data.
Make the data pipeline a coherent product across ingestion, processing, storage, and consumption.
Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, customer success, and support teams to deliver products and define go-to-market strategy.
Monitor industry trends and competitor products.
Act as the voice of the customer and address customer needs in product decisions.
Mentor and develop other product managers and improve data-informed product practices.
Requirements
8+ years of product experience, particularly with data platforms, data infrastructure, analytics, or developer tools; alternatively, 8+ years of engineering experience in data-intensive systems with a strong product mindset.
Proven track record bringing data products to market and driving strategy across multiple teams or a platform-scale product area.
Strong understanding of event and streaming pipelines, data warehousing, lakehouse patterns, data modeling, and large-scale processing trade-offs.
Experience with platform products and end-user-facing data products such as analytics, observability, insights, and experimentation.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to collaborate with and influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
Compensation and Benefits
Zone 1: $214,800 - $295,350 for San Francisco/Bay Area, NYC Metropolitan Area, Boston, and Seattle.
Zone 2: $193,400 - $265,870 for Irvine, LA, Monterey, Santa Barbara, Santa Rosa, Austin, Portland, Philadelphia, and Chicago.
Zone 3: $182,600 - $251,020 for all other US locations.
Compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
