About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the roadmap and ship reliable, useful, and extensible features for stakeholders across provider and payer organizations.
  • Apply healthcare subject matter expertise to design, develop, and pressure-test customer solutions.
  • Create and evaluate business cases for features, modules, and products.
  • Collaborate with AI engineers to develop, test, and refine models that improve contract understanding and surface financial insights.
  • Drive adoption and learning through customer feedback and behavioral data.
  • Lead digital transformation and negotiation of healthcare contracting requirements.
  • Develop, execute, and communicate the Contracts product vision and roadmap.
  • Partner with Legal, Finance, Sales, and Product to support contract execution and compliance.
  • Build customer and partner relationships as the primary contact for contracting-related product discussions.
  • Align contracting terms with revenue realization alongside healthcare reimbursement subject matter experts.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience with B2B SaaS workflow tools; contracting, document management, or financial modeling experience is preferred.
  • Deep Managed Care and Revenue Cycle subject matter expertise.
  • Experience thriving in entrepreneurial, fast-paced, and dynamic startup environments.
  • Strong systems-level thinking.
  • Proven ownership and execution of B2B product development initiatives, particularly adding AI or machine learning features to manual workflows or document repositories.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder-influence skills.
  • Fluency with legal and compliance requirements related to healthcare or technology contracting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Existing understanding of backend healthcare functions is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/knowledge; non-traditional educational backgrounds are welcome.
