Staff Product Manager - Partnership & Shop Network
Own the vision, roadmap, and strategic partner relationships for a merchant and shop network spanning fuel, maintenance, and payments. The role requires 8+ years of experience delivering integration-heavy products, technical partner management, and strong executive communication.

Responsibilities
- Own the vision and roadmap for a merchant partnership and shop network across fuel, maintenance, and other strategic spend categories.
- Expand coverage across open-loop fleet specifications and direct settlement models.
- Develop bulk fuel integrations to deepen in-network spend.
- Drive international partnerships and adoption of payment technology with partners.
- Design and pursue first-of-a-kind partnerships with industry leaders, owning end-to-end relationships and executive-level contacts.
- Conduct partner business reviews and deliver measurable results, including in-network share and total payment volume (TPV).
- Define product requirements, metrics, and documentation.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Design, and go-to-market teams.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience, with a track record owning large-scale partnership or platform initiatives.
- Experience developing and managing technical partner relationships.
- Proven success delivering commercially successful, integration-heavy products.
- Data-driven approach, strong customer empathy, and executive communication skills.
- Technical fluency sufficient to collaborate effectively with engineers and navigate integrations.
- Comfort working with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation
- Annual compensation range: $180,000–$230,000 USD.
- Total compensation may include restricted stock units.
- Benefits may include health, pharmacy, optical and dental coverage, paid time off, short- and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, and 401(k) contributions, subject to eligibility requirements.
