Enterprise Sales Manager
Leads and scales Pigment’s UK&I enterprise sales team, managing 6–7 individual contributors and coordinating regional revenue functions. The role requires 5–7+ years of enterprise sales leadership, SaaS experience, complex six-month-plus deal expertise, and a track record selling to large organizations.

Responsibilities
- Directly manage a team of 6–7 individual contributors, fostering a collaborative, high-performing, results-oriented culture.
- Align revenue functions supporting the UK&I region, including Solution Consulting, BDRs, Customer Success, Legal, and Professional Services.
- Develop and execute strategies to generate leads, build pipeline, and exceed enterprise sales revenue targets.
- Combine strategic planning with hands-on tactical execution to scale a fast-growing region.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Foster a coachable, growth-oriented team culture focused on continuous learning and development.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of experience, or equivalent, managing enterprise sales teams; SaaS experience required.
- Proven track record as a performing sales executive.
- Experience managing sales cycles lasting 6 months or longer, with average contract values exceeding $150,000.
- Experience building and leading the UK&I market.
- Relevant experience selling business applications, ideally in finance, supply chain, sales performance management, business planning, business intelligence, or data analytics.
- Track record of creating significant revenue impact and building relationships within organizations of more than 5,000 employees.
- Experience managing C-level executive relationships through complex sales cycles.
- Ability to define strategy, work autonomously, and execute hands-on when needed.
- Fluency in English.
