Responsibilities

  • Own positioning and messaging for the prediction protocol, including its audience, value, differentiation, and use cases.
  • Translate complex product strengths into clear narratives for traders, builders, and partners.
  • Lead go-to-market efforts for launches, product milestones, partner activations, and incentive-led campaigns.
  • Define and execute the marketing roadmap with product and community leads.
  • Grow the qualified builder audience through ongoing marketing programs.
  • Conduct customer and market research with traders, builders, and KOLs, and apply insights to product, pricing, and creative decisions.
  • Brief and create Web3 content, including launch threads, research-led content, explainers, dashboards, KOL kits, and conference materials.
  • Partner with communications on press, podcasts, and thought leadership.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in product marketing or a closely related role, including hands-on prediction markets or protocol experience.
  • Strong understanding of crypto products and onchain user experience.
  • Ability to market credibly to Web3-native audiences.
  • Track record of owning launches end to end, from positioning through measurable post-launch impact.
  • Strong narrative and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex product details.
  • Confidence using data and performance insights to shape campaigns and priorities.
  • Hands-on operator mindset, bias toward shipping, and comfort with ambiguity.
