Responsibilities
- Own and scale strategic partnerships with international Global Systems Integrators (GSIs), with accountability for adoption, revenue impact, and long-term growth.
- Set partnership strategy, including joint business plans, execution roadmaps, and success metrics.
- Establish governance, executive alignment, and recurring business reviews.
- Drive joint go-to-market plans with Sales, Solutions, and Marketing, including field enablement, positioning, and demand generation.
- Partner with Solutions, Product, and Engineering to identify repeatable use cases and scalable delivery patterns.
- Work with Security, Legal, and Commercial teams to establish trust and compliance frameworks for partner-led work.
- Enable GSI partners to develop expertise across advisory, implementation, and managed services.
- Monitor performance, resolve execution bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Significant experience leading strategic GSI, alliance, or channel partnerships in enterprise software, cloud, consulting, or AI.
- Deep understanding of GSI operations across enterprise customers and delivery organizations.
- Demonstrated success scaling partnerships from early strategy through field activation and measurable business impact.
- Strong technical and product fluency, with the ability to collaborate effectively with Solutions, Product, and Engineering without being a hands-on implementer.
- Experience navigating enterprise security, privacy, governance, and commercial frameworks.
- Exceptional cross-functional leadership and executive presence.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to produce decision-ready memos and executive updates.
- Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
