Responsibilities
- Partner with regional Market MDs and GMs to formulate, refine, and execute regional strategies and plans, including annual strategies, three-year visions, and market landscape assessments.
- Participate actively in relevant Growth Region QBR meetings.
- Collaborate on strategic deliverables, including annual market prioritization and budgeting.
- Drive financial analysis with FP&A to understand regional financial dynamics and support profitable growth.
- Build financial models analyzing growth and business dynamics of competitors and peers in consumer technology.
- Lead regional and cross-regional strategic and analytical projects with market GMs, MDs, and MSOs.
- Assess how company strategic bets affect Markets and surface implications and decision points.
- Influence bet teams to advance Markets goals, including go-to-market planning for key product features.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience at a technology company, management consultancy, or similar organization.
- Extensive experience growing consumer technology businesses globally.
- Undergraduate degree, ideally in a quantitative field.
- Experience collaborating across functions, seniority levels, countries, and time zones to develop and execute business strategies.
- Experience delivering results in high-growth, dynamic organizations.
- Strong organization, process management, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
- Ability to identify cross-functional opportunities and develop effective working models in complex environments.
- Demonstrated thought leadership, business judgment, and ability to communicate rigorous analysis and insights clearly and confidently.
- Ability to learn new concepts, technologies, and businesses quickly while producing high-quality work under short timelines.
