Leads Jasper’s Services organization across implementation, enablement, and advisory while building its strategy, operating model, commercial model, and delivery infrastructure. The role requires 10+ years of services or customer-success leadership, AI fluency, commercialization expertise, and hands-on team leadership.

Responsibilities
- Define and own the vision, strategy, and operating model for Services across implementation, enablement, and advisory.
- Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary team, including managers and senior individual contributors.
- Build consultative, outcomes-driven implementation and onboarding processes.
- Develop productized yet bespoke customer training using formal learning methodology, measurable outcomes, and structured curricula.
- Grow the advisory practice for AI adoption and maturity.
- Define Services pricing, packaging, and commercial models.
- Partner with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and leadership; participate in customer-facing pre-sales and deal conversations.
- Own resource capacity planning and professional-services automation, including time tracking and engagement-margin measurement.
- Provide dotted-line oversight of infrastructure supporting the Forward-Deployed Engineering team.
- Lead organizational change, including restructures or reorganizations, with empathy.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in professional services, customer success, implementation, or solutions-delivery leadership at a SaaS, AI, or enterprise software company.
- Experience leading both managers and senior individual contributors.
- Working knowledge of LLMs, agents, copilots, tokens, credits, context windows, RAG, and data governance.
- Experience guiding customers through AI adoption and translating platforms into workflow outcomes.
- Proven ability to evaluate service offerings, define pricing and packaging, and grow Services into a revenue-relevant function.
- Hands-on, player-coach leadership style.
- Strong customer-facing and cross-functional influence skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively across customer, executive, and team contexts.

- Experience implementing professional-services automation and resource or capacity-planning infrastructure.
- Exposure to AI-transformation services in EdTech or B2B SaaS.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $184,000–$230,000 USD.
