Enterprise Billing Success Manager (B2B SaaS)
Enterprise Billing Success Manager serving as billing expert for Prompt's rehab therapy EMR platform. Onboard enterprise RCM teams, deliver training on best practices/reporting, provide ongoing support, build relationships, and drive customer success for large therapy organizations.

Key Responsibilities
- Onboard enterprise billing teams to train their entire RCM staff on billing best practices and support their smooth transition onto the platform.
- Assist sales as needed on the sales cycle for enterprise prospects.
- Teach submission, posting, invoicing, AR, etc. best practices on Prompt to enterprise teams and teams of other sizes as needs arise.
- Provide reporting training to teams of all sizes, particularly in accrual accounting, AR reporting, and RCM KPI data.
- Support client accounting and finance teams in learning to obtain necessary reporting from the Prompt reporting suite.
- Build relationships with enterprise billing teams.
- Understand unique team needs to help configure and develop workflows with their new EMR/PM system.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings to effectively respond to incoming customer inquiries across our single-channel support system.
- Promote customer satisfaction and loyalty by understanding each customer’s unique (and evolving) needs, delivering value, and exceeding expectations.
- Provide guidance and expertise to billing success managers and interdepartmental partners.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business, OR a professional certification (CPA, CFA, or similar); relevant experience may be considered as a substitute.
- 5+ years in the medical billing industry (PT/OT/SLP experience strongly desired).
- Experience working in or with enterprise sized RCM companies with 100 or more therapists, preferably in a success role or RCM leadership role.
- 2-3 years minimum of RCM leadership experience.
- Solid understanding of fundamental accounting concepts.
- Strong technical skills and highly proficient in MS Excel.
- Passion for understanding and learning software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ready to embrace a fast-paced environment, with occasional requirements to work beyond standard hours.
- Able to work independently with minimal direction and oversight.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in PT/OT/SLP medical billing.
- Background in RCM leadership or success roles with large therapy organizations.
- Deep knowledge of Prompt Reporting, Industry Accounting, AR practices, Excel, and data analysis functions.
- Understanding of the full revenue cycle and the role of EDI/ERA.
