Enterprise Customer Success Manager

Manages strategic enterprise customer relationships, drives product adoption and measurable value, and leads onboarding, QBRs, and cross-functional delivery. Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic partner to enterprise customers, coordinating internal teams and engaging executive, technical, and business stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain executive relationships and communicate outcome-driven value stories tied to measurable business results.
  • Lead QBRs and strategic reviews to demonstrate impact, align priorities, and define next steps.
  • Analyze adoption and usage trends, quantify delivered value, identify gaps, and develop commercially grounded recommendations.
  • Position Datadog as a critical observability platform supporting reliability, efficiency, and informed decision-making.
  • Own and project-manage onboarding for new customers.
  • Collaborate with account executives, sales engineers, technical account managers, Product, Support, Enablement, and other technical teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Experience managing a broad portfolio of accounts, including large enterprise customers.
  • Experience working with Fortune 1000 companies and global brands.
  • Strong communication skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to tailor communication for CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and DevOps professionals.
  • Experience in the B2B technology or SaaS space.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for customer engagements.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
