Responsibilities
- Own strategic customer projects and initiatives focused on cloud security, collaborating with Sales, Support, Success, Product, Engineering, and customer teams.
- Influence stakeholders from technical practitioners through CISO-level leaders and build relationships across customer organizations.
- Understand customer business vision, culture, processes, and cloud security requirements.
- Evangelize Wiz value and guide customers toward secure solutions, adoption milestones, and workload migrations.
- Ensure Wiz guidance is understood and executed while advocating internally for customer security needs.
- Guide customers through post-onboarding adoption and large-scale cloud transformations.
- Solve customer security challenges, remove organizational blockers, and introduce new tools and processes.
- Identify strategic cloud security opportunities, including deeper product usage and expansion into new business units.
- Support total-cost-of-ownership analyses and business-case assessments aligned with customer security objectives.
- Assess tool ecosystems and recommend consolidation opportunities.
- Define training strategies for technical and non-technical users to increase cloud security awareness.
- Establish governance structures for the customer partnership and Wiz adoption.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a customer success manager, account executive, product manager, or in another customer-facing strategic role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Ability to learn Wiz offerings and pricing quickly.
- Must be located in the Central United States.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience working with Fortune 100 customers using cloud-based technology.
- Deep understanding of security SaaS offerings and pricing models.
Compensation
- Base salary range: $91,000–$125,000 USD.
- Compensation also includes bonus, equity, and benefits.
