OEM Sales Specialist
The OEM Sales Specialist develops, launches, and scales cybersecurity technology partnerships while selling OPSWAT products through partner organizations. The role requires IT OEM sales experience, cybersecurity aptitude, lead-generation ability, and a strong record of delivering revenue and exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities
- Sell OPSWAT OEM products to selected technology and service partners as a quota-carrying sales representative.
- Develop and execute partner strategies and plans to drive OEM integration, launch, monetization, revenue, and services delivery.
- Incubate, launch, and scale strategic technology partnerships across endpoint security, ZTNA, SSE/SASE, RMM, cloud and email service providers, managed service providers, and telcos.
- Lead partner relationships from contractual and operational perspectives.
- Identify and develop mutually beneficial partnership opportunities.
- Generate leads through research and organic outreach.
- Collaborate with legal, engineering, product, marketing, customer experience, finance, sales operations, and alliances teams.
- Drive monthly and quarterly progress toward strategic goals.
- Communicate value propositions, present to stakeholders, close deals, and manage accounts.
Requirements
- OEM sales experience in the IT industry, preferably with security, cloud, or endpoint solution providers.
- Track record of generating seven- or eight-figure annual revenue.
- Ability and drive to generate leads organically through research and outreach.
- Technical aptitude in cybersecurity.
- Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales goals, particularly with new logos.
- Strong deal, strategy, relationship management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter with high energy, flexibility, and drive.
