About the role

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with account executives to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Serve as primary technical advisor throughout Claude adoption journey, coordinating across teams
  • Support customers building with Claude API and Claude for Work
  • Create and deliver compelling technical content for diverse audiences
  • Guide technical architecture decisions and integrations into existing stacks
  • Help develop evaluation frameworks for Claude's performance
  • Identify integration patterns and contribute insights to Product and Engineering
  • Travel occasionally for workshops and relationship building
  • Maintain knowledge of latest LLM developments

You may be a good fit if you have:

  • 5+ years in technical customer-facing roles (Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Technical Account Manager)
  • Experience with enterprise customers and complex buying cycles
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills for diverse stakeholders
  • Strong technical communication to translate between technical and business needs
  • Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and enterprise integrations
  • Comfortable with Python
  • Familiarity with LLM frameworks/tools or ML/data science background
  • Excitement for cross-organizational collaboration
  • Love of teaching and mentoring
  • Passion for safe, beneficial AI

Logistics

Education requirements: At least a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Location-based hybrid policy: Expect to be in office at least 25% of the time.
