Senior Software Engineer: Solutions
Deploys and customizes an AI platform for semiconductor and electronics customers, including on-premises and cloud environments. Requires 5+ years in backend, full-stack, or infrastructure engineering, plus agent development, RAG, systems design, Docker, cloud, and IaC experience.

Responsibilities
- Own customer deployments at offices across the SF Bay Area, Cupertino, and Santa Clara.
- Develop features specific to customer workflows and port features from the cloud product to on-premises environments inside highly locked-down infrastructure.
- Manage cloud deployments across AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and OpenShift, including setup, maintenance, and debugging.
- Learn how hardware is designed and developed at a high level.
- Travel as needed, mostly in California.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in backend engineering, full-stack development, or infrastructure/DevOps; internships and teaching assistantships do not count.
- Experience with agent development and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
- Strong systems design and debugging instincts.
- Comfortable with the Docker ecosystem, cloud infrastructure, and infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Willingness to learn about hardware development.
Nice-to-Haves
- On-premises deployment experience in enterprise or air-gapped environments.
- Prior field engineering, solutions engineering, or customer-facing technical experience.
- Experience in EDA, semiconductor, or hardware-adjacent software environments.
