Own and grow strategic North American partnerships with consultancies, systems integrators, tech, and data providers at hyperexponential. Build joint GTM plans, drive co-selling and partner-led pipeline, develop enablement programs, and use AI to scale impact in the insurance AI platform space. Requires proven experience building partnerships that deliver measurable commercial outcomes.

What you’ll be doing
- Own and grow strategic relationships with consulting firms, systems integrators, technology companies and data partners across North America.
- Build joint business plans covering account mapping, pipeline generation, enablement, marketing activity and shared commercial goals.
- Identify and develop new partners that can expand hx’s reach within the insurance market.
- Work with Sales teams to identify co-selling opportunities, coordinate account activity and generate partner-led pipeline.
- Collaborate with Marketing on joint campaigns, events, content and market-facing initiatives.
- Partner with Solutions, Customer Success and Delivery to ensure partners are equipped to support hx customers effectively.
- Develop repeatable partner enablement, training, accreditation and certification programmes.
- Use AI and automation to improve the efficiency and quality of partner research, planning, reporting and engagement.
What you’ll need to have done
- Built and grown strategic partnerships within SaaS, AI, technology, consulting or a similarly complex industry.
- Managed senior relationships across consultancies, systems integrators, technology providers or other strategic partners.
- Created joint go-to-market plans and co-selling initiatives that delivered measurable pipeline or revenue.
- Navigated complex commercial discussions, proposals, contracts and partnership agreements.
- Worked cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Delivery, Product and Solutions teams to deliver shared outcomes.
- Used data, commercial tools and AI to prioritise opportunities, improve partner performance and operate effectively in a fast-moving environment.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $157,500 - $175,000
Bonus/Variable: $47,250 - $52,250
