What you will do
Own revenue responsibilities for Garner’s offering, focusing on the 500-5,000 life segment
Continue and expand on Garner’s advisor partnerships
Develop foundational infrastructure and processes for tracking our fully insured sales and partnership pipeline
Partner with the other RD and SAE in the market to collaborate on in-market support and building broker relationships. RD territory will be broken out by broker house assignment
The ideal candidate has
Experience in a quota-carrying sales or sales support role
Experience in health insurance strongly preferred
Experience selling in market and have established broker relationships

Compensation
Target salary range (Base + Commission): $300,000 - $325,000 annually
