Responsibilities
- Lead and expand Okta's AWS and strategic ISV relationships across WEMEA, Benelux, and the Nordics.
- Manage relationships with AWS partner management and strategic ISV partners, including Zscaler and CrowdStrike, to build multi-vendor security solutions.
- Identify, qualify, and implement AWS Partner Programs, including AWS ISV Accelerate and Marketplace motions.
- Support regional sales leadership in developing relationships with AWS and ISV sales and marketing teams.
- Create territory-specific business plans and oversee execution.
- Enable regional sales, pre-sales, and marketing teams on AWS offerings, partner-program benefits, ISV integrations, and co-selling practices.
- Track pipeline, revenue, margin, and other outcomes from cloud and ISV initiatives.
- Travel regularly across the market to foster relationships and support high-value opportunities.
Requirements
- Deep experience in the AWS ecosystem, including the AWS sales organization, AWS Marketplace, CPPO, AWS Partner Network (APN), and APN Customer Engagement (ACE).
- Proven experience working with or alongside major ISV partners, ideally in cybersecurity, such as Zscaler or CrowdStrike.
- Cross-geography experience across WEMEA, Benelux, and/or the Nordics.
- Fluency in English; professional proficiency in French and/or German is highly preferred.
- Ability to work from a regional hub in London or Dublin at least 50% of the time and travel as required.
- Experience in an AWS partner organization or high-growth SaaS company, with a track record of building partner networks, navigating complex partner programs, and driving co-sell revenue.
Compensation & Benefits
- UK annual on-target compensation: £146,000–£200,000 GBP.
