Responsibilities
- Support senior leadership (CEO/Executive Team) in developing and executing business strategies, setting organizational goals, and tracking progress
- Act as a point of contact between senior leaders and departments (HR, finance, marketing, operations) to ensure smooth communication and project execution
- Oversee and manage key business projects from inception to completion, including timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations
- Provide high-level operational support to the executive team, including preparing presentations and reports
- Identify inefficiencies in workflows and propose process improvements to enhance operational performance
- Create and monitor KPIs to assess business performance, report insights to leadership, and recommend actionable steps based on data-driven analysis
- Proactively identify business challenges and operational bottlenecks, and work with leadership to implement solutions
- Foster organizational alignment, lead cross-functional meetings, and ensure priorities are clearly communicated and executed
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, business operations, or a strategic role at a high-growth startup
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Strategic thinker with ability to see the big picture and make decisions that drive the business forward
- Demonstrated ability to build and automate with AI tools
- Expert MS Excel / Google Sheets skills, comfortable with financial modeling and working with large amounts of data
- Must be in-office 4 days per week with travel as needed
