Responsibilities
Support senior leadership (CEO/Executive Team) in developing and executing business strategies, setting organizational goals, and tracking progress
Act as a point of contact between senior leaders and departments (HR, finance, marketing, operations) to ensure smooth communication and project execution
Oversee and manage key business projects from inception to completion, including timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations
Provide high-level operational support to the executive team, including preparing presentations and reports
Identify inefficiencies in workflows and propose process improvements to enhance operational performance
Create and monitor KPIs to assess business performance, report insights to leadership, and recommend actionable steps based on data-driven analysis
Proactively identify business challenges and operational bottlenecks, and work with leadership to implement solutions
Foster organizational alignment, lead cross-functional meetings, and ensure priorities are clearly communicated and executed
Requirements
2+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, business operations, or a strategic role at a high-growth startup
Strong leadership and team-building skills with ability to collaborate cross-functionally
Strategic thinker with ability to see the big picture and make decisions that drive the business forward
Demonstrated ability to build and automate with AI tools
Expert MS Excel / Google Sheets skills, comfortable with financial modeling and working with large amounts of data
Must be in-office 4 days per week with travel as needed
