Software Engineer
Build and ship AI features for sales agents end-to-end across React/TypeScript and Node.js/Python. Work directly with customers, make foundational agent architecture decisions, and mentor the team.

What you'll do
- Build AI features that drive revenue, end to end. Define the success metric, ship across React/TypeScript and Node.js/Python, and iterate until it moves.
- Work directly with customers. Be on calls with users and ship fixes back to them.
- Make foundational technical decisions (e.g., agent memory per rep, primitives for long-running outbound strategies).
- Mentor others on the team. Run code and design reviews, and pair on the hardest problems.
Requirements
- 3+ years of engineering experience, with depth in React, TypeScript, Node.js, Python
- Production experience with AI features (debugging misbehaving agents, building evals)
- Strong opinions about human-agent collaboration product surfaces
- Comfortable hopping on customer calls to validate features
- Fast learner who asks good questions
- Based in San Francisco, able to be in-office 3+ days per week
