About the role

Responsibilities

  • Execute Cognition’s field strategy by delivering extraordinary in-person experiences for top engineering and business leaders.
  • Build deep relationships with regional sales teams and collaboratively develop territory strategies aligned to revenue targets.
  • Own the full lifecycle of each event: planning, budgeting, logistics, vendor management, onsite execution, attendee management, and follow-up.
  • Localize our core narratives and value propositions for specific industries, geographies, and customer segments.
  • Run pre- and post-event campaign motions to maximize attendance, engagement, follow-up, and conversion.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Sales Engineering to bring Cognition’s story to life through high-quality demos, technical programming, and customer content.
  • Scout and evaluate strategic opportunities and build a consistent presence for Cognition in target markets.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in field marketing for technical or enterprise software companies.
  • Proven ability to plan, execute, and measure complex programs tied directly to revenue outcomes.
  • Strong cross-functional partnership skills—you instinctively bring Sales, Product, and Marketing teams into alignment.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-changing environments with high expectations for quality and speed.
  • Ability to communicate technical products clearly and credibly to senior engineering and business leaders.
  • A track record of running multiple programs simultaneously with precision and strong attention to detail.
