Field Marketer responsible for executing high-touch in-person events, executive experiences, and localized campaigns to drive pipeline, strengthen relationships with engineering leaders, and accelerate enterprise adoption of AI software agents like Devin. Requires experience in field marketing for technical/enterprise software, strong execution skills, and ability to partner closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.

Responsibilities
- Execute Cognition’s field strategy by delivering extraordinary in-person experiences for top engineering and business leaders.
- Build deep relationships with regional sales teams and collaboratively develop territory strategies aligned to revenue targets.
- Own the full lifecycle of each event: planning, budgeting, logistics, vendor management, onsite execution, attendee management, and follow-up.
- Localize our core narratives and value propositions for specific industries, geographies, and customer segments.
- Run pre- and post-event campaign motions to maximize attendance, engagement, follow-up, and conversion.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, and Sales Engineering to bring Cognition’s story to life through high-quality demos, technical programming, and customer content.
- Scout and evaluate strategic opportunities and build a consistent presence for Cognition in target markets.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in field marketing for technical or enterprise software companies.
- Proven ability to plan, execute, and measure complex programs tied directly to revenue outcomes.
- Strong cross-functional partnership skills—you instinctively bring Sales, Product, and Marketing teams into alignment.
- Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-changing environments with high expectations for quality and speed.
- Ability to communicate technical products clearly and credibly to senior engineering and business leaders.
- A track record of running multiple programs simultaneously with precision and strong attention to detail.
