Responsibilities
- Win new business and drive revenue across strategic digital-native accounts.
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close, identifying opportunities across business units and use cases.
- Navigate complex organizations and build consensus among individual contributors, executives, and C-suite stakeholders.
- Design and execute sales strategies to exceed revenue quotas.
- Analyze account landscapes, trends, and dynamics to develop targeted sales activities and campaigns.
- Drive expansion by identifying new use cases and business units.
- Manage complex deal cycles involving technical evaluations, multiple stakeholders, and procurement processes.
- Build accurate pipeline forecasts and identify business drivers behind opportunities.
- Gather customer feedback to inform product roadmaps, features, value propositions, and customer experience.
- Refine sales methodologies, playbooks, templates, and best practices.
- Coordinate product, engineering, partnerships, marketing, and other internal resources for complex deals.
Requirements
- 10+ years of enterprise sales experience with a track record of closing complex strategic-account deals.
- Experience selling emerging technologies or complex solutions to large digital-native companies.
- Ability to navigate technical evaluations and translate complex capabilities into business value.
- Strong executive presence and experience engaging C-suite executives and senior stakeholders, including boards.
- Exceptional relationship-building and consensus-building skills across large organizations.
- Consultative sales approach focused on customer challenges and tailored solutions.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and internal-resource mobilization skills.
- Resourcefulness, problem-solving ability, organization, and attention to detail.
- Strong pipeline forecasting accuracy and ability to manage multiple complex opportunities.
- Passion for AI, emerging technologies, and responsible AI deployment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Compensation
- Annual on-target earnings range: $380,000–$435,000 USD, including base salary and target sales commissions/bonuses.
