Strategic Enterprise Account Executive - Financial Services
Drives strategic enterprise sales and account growth for Databricks’ cloud data platform across financial services customers. The role requires 10+ years of quota-carrying sales success, executive relationships, and experience selling cloud, SaaS, or big-data solutions.

Responsibilities
- Meet with CIOs, IT executives, line-of-business executives, program managers, and other key stakeholders.
- Close new and existing strategic accounts within the financial services sector.
- Identify and close quick wins while managing long, complex sales cycles.
- Exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue targets.
- Track customer details, use cases, purchase timelines, next steps, and forecasts in Salesforce.
- Use a solution-based sales approach to create customer value.
- Promote Databricks' enterprise cloud data platform powered by Apache Spark.
- Prioritize opportunities and allocate appropriate internal resources.
- Build success plans with internal Databricks teams and customer accounts.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience exceeding sales quotas.
- Field sales experience in big data, cloud, or SaaS.
- Experience working at an early-stage company.
- Established relationships with CIOs, program managers, and other key decision-makers.
- Ability to clearly articulate complex cloud technologies.
- Experience closing new accounts while expanding existing accounts.
- Bachelor's degree.

Compensation
- Total compensation range: $311,600–$428,450 USD.
- May include an annual performance bonus, equity, benefits, and accelerators for exceeding quota attainment.
