Account Executive selling Carta Law's AI-native legal services and fund administration software to asset managers, GCs, CCOs, and CFOs. Requires 5+ years AE experience in legal/financial services or 3+ years corporate law experience, plus fluency in selling complex multi-stakeholder deals.

Responsibilities
- Communicate the business impact of Carta Law's product offerings to key decision makers, including CCOs, GCs and CFOs of leading asset managers.
- Demonstrate ability to influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-building to identify and sell new opportunities.
- Own sales cycles end-to-end, from outbound prospecting in partnership with a dedicated SDR to close.
- Drive revenue through strategic outbound prospecting within the legal services and fund administration markets.
- Own the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation to close.
- Develop a comprehensive sales strategy and sales plan that ensures consistent achievement of goals over the short and long-term.
- Build and maintain relationships with legal services clients and serve as their customer advocate.
Requirements
- Fluency in legal services, fund management, or financial services - you understand how law firms and fund managers operate.
- 5+ years of Account Executive experience selling into legal, financial services, or alternative assets or 3+ years of legal experience in a corporate law firm.
- Experience selling to legal and compliance leaders, fund managers, or asset managers with a proven ability to speak their language.
- Experience managing and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Interest in being part of a 'startup within a startup' — Carta Law is a growing business within a scaling platform.
Compensation
- $250k OTE ($60.10/hour) in New York City.
