Senior Enterprise Account Executive

Own and expand large enterprise accounts across the eastern U.S., driving pipeline, adoption, executive relationships, and land-and-expand growth. Requires 7+ years of enterprise closing sales experience, technical fluency in DevOps or developer workflows, and a strong quota-attainment record.

Responsibilities

  • Own relationships and serve as the primary contact for large enterprise accounts in the assigned territory.
  • Develop territory and account plans and independently generate outbound pipeline, partnering with Business Development Representatives.
  • Drive successful adoption through account management and coordinate with pre-sales and post-sales engineering, customer success, and support teams.
  • Increase company visibility and communicate value to vice presidents and C-suite executives at large enterprises.
  • Partner with Solutions Engineers to deliver business and technical value to prospects and customers.
  • Collaborate with product support, developer relations, marketing, and revenue operations.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of enterprise closing sales experience.
  • Experience selling DevOps products or strong technical understanding of developer workflows and pain points.
  • Consistent record of meeting or exceeding quota.
  • Experience with consultative sales cycles involving executive stakeholders at Fortune 500 companies.
  • Experience implementing and succeeding with a land-and-expand SaaS sales strategy.
  • Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, organized, adaptable, and able to work autonomously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Recent experience at an emerging technology software company.
  • Familiarity with the MEDDPIC sales methodology.

Compensation

  • Zone 1: $269,400–$370,480.
  • Zone 2: $242,500–$333,410.
  • Zone 3: $229,000–$314,930.
  • Restricted stock units, health, vision, dental, and mental health benefits.
  • Expected travel: 25%–50%.
