Senior Enterprise Account Executive

Own and expand large enterprise accounts through consultative SaaS sales, executive engagement, pipeline generation, and cross-functional collaboration. Requires 7+ years of enterprise closing experience, technical understanding of DevOps or developer workflows, and a strong quota track record.

Responsibilities

  • Own relationships and expansion efforts for large enterprise accounts within the assigned territory.
  • Develop territory and account plans and independently generate outbound pipeline.
  • Partner with Business Development Representatives to drive pipeline.
  • Drive successful product adoption through account management.
  • Coordinate with pre- and post-sales engineering, customer success, support, product support, developer relations, marketing, and revenue operations teams.
  • Communicate the product’s value to Vice President and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineers to deliver business and technical value to prospects and customers.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of enterprise closing sales experience.
  • Experience selling DevOps products or strong technical understanding of developer workflows and pain points.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
  • Experience navigating consultative sales cycles with executive stakeholders at Fortune 500 companies.
  • Experience with a land-and-expand SaaS sales strategy in large enterprise accounts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organization, autonomy, adaptability, and self-motivation.
  • Travel of approximately 25%–50% as needed.

  • Recent experience at an emerging technology software company.
  • Familiarity with the MEDDPIC sales methodology.

Compensation

  • Target pay for all other US locations: $229,000–$314,930 annually.
  • Compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
  • Additional benefits include restricted stock units, health, vision, dental, and mental health benefits.
