Owns the operational framework, workflows, pipeline, and systems requirements for Pinterest’s global agency deals program. The role requires 8+ years in agency deals or sales/revenue operations, CRM expertise, strong analytical skills, and cross-functional stakeholder leadership.

Responsibilities
- Develop and own workflows for Pinterest’s global commercial deals program with major media agencies.
- Define systems requirements for Agency Deals and support system deployment.
- Systematize tracking of deal value, benefits, and agency attribution.
- Improve operations by removing friction, increasing efficiency, and automating scalable processes.
- Partner with Sales, Agency Leads, Finance, Revenue and Accounting, and Legal to align program operations and dependencies.
- Manage the deal pipeline, approval flows, on-demand support, and exception cases in partnership with the Agency Deals team.
- Lead internal training on operational best practices.
- Partner with Sellers, Agency Leads, and agency buyers on requests to use Principal Trading value.
- Establish recurring feedback mechanisms and translate findings into insights and improvement opportunities.
- Build proficiency in Pinterest products and solutions.
- Evaluate industry trends, best practices, and emerging digital technologies to improve program content and competitiveness.
- Collaborate with the Global Agency Team to identify program needs and development opportunities.
- Partner with product development teams on business requirements documents and new functionality for Agency Deals, including Ads Manager.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in annual agency upfronts, deals, program management, sales operations, revenue operations, or sales support with agency customers.
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce or another CRM application, such as HubSpot.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, economics, finance, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to understand operational needs, use data to identify trends, and develop effective solutions.
- Strong organization, time management, attention to detail, and operational and strategic focus.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and influencing cross-functional teams.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, complexity, and high-volume or contradictory information.
- Builder mindset with the ability to identify problems independently and pursue solutions.
- Ability to plan and prioritize multiple projects with diverse objectives and needs.

Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $132,298–$272,377 USD.
- Eligible for equity.
- Final salary may depend on location, travel, relevant experience, skills, and expertise.
- This position is not eligible for relocation assistance.
- Requires in-office collaboration 1–2 times per month and residence within commuting distance of the New York or San Francisco office.
