Enterprise Account Executive
Drives new business and expansion revenue across enterprise and strategic accounts for a SaaS productivity platform. The role requires full-cycle complex-deal ownership, enterprise SaaS sales experience, stakeholder management, and success against a $1M+ annual quota.

Responsibilities
- Drive net-new business by identifying, engaging, and converting high-value enterprise and strategic prospects.
- Develop account-penetration strategies, build relationships with key decision-makers, and create tailored solutions for complex business needs.
- Exceed pipeline and sales targets through outbound prospecting, networking, and marketing-qualified leads.
- Expand existing enterprise accounts by uncovering use cases, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and driving adoption across business units.
- Deliver presentations and product demonstrations that communicate value and ROI.
- Collaborate with Growth, Marketing, and Customer Success to improve lead generation, accelerate sales cycles, and maximize expansion revenue.
- Analyze customer segments and market trends to identify opportunities and improve pipeline quality.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle ownership for large or complex deals, including consensus-building among internal and external stakeholders.
- 3+ years of enterprise SaaS sales-cycle experience, including expansion sales such as upsell, cross-sell, and renewals.
- Proven success managing a $1M+ annual quota.
- Demonstrated ability to execute an expansion sales playbook and grow revenue within a defined customer base.
- Process-driven with strong attention to detail.
- Experience completing and managing Requests for Information (RFIs) or Requests for Quotes (RFQs).

- Experience selling productivity or project-management solutions in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
- Success in high-velocity, transactional sales cycles.
- Familiarity with land-and-expand sales models.
- Ability to influence multiple stakeholders within large organizations.
