Who You Are
- 3–5 years of experience building and shipping fullstack or frontend-heavy applications
- Strong fluency with React, Next.js (or similar frameworks), and frontend fundamentals
- Experience implementing backend logic and persistence — ideally with Django or similar
- Familiar with TypeScript and GraphQL (or excited to grow into them)
- Proven ability to take features from concept to production independently
- Customer-obsessed — you care that your work solves real problems for real users
- Thoughtful about UX and usability, and ask good product questions
- Thrive in fast-paced, high-ownership environments
- Continuously raise the bar — for yourself, your peers, and the product

Compensation
- Estimated salary range: $135,000 - $220,000/year
- Total compensation may also include Restricted Stock units, sign-on bonus and other potential future incentives.
