Frontend Engineer
Build and evolve user interfaces and frontend infrastructure using React, Redux, JavaScript, and TypeScript. The role owns end-to-end features, influences technical direction, improves quality and delivery practices, and mentors engineers.

Responsibilities
- Write readable, testable, and efficient code in React and Redux.
- Deliver new features, improve system stability, and increase overall performance.
- Partner with engineering and product leaders to develop the user interface and frontend infrastructure.
- Set technical direction for large projects.
- Evaluate, strengthen, and document technical architecture, tools, and processes.
- Maintain high software-quality standards and implement automation.
- Drive continuous delivery, reduce time to production, and proactively reduce technical debt.
- Mentor and coach engineers on system design, working in high-uncertainty environments, and problem-solving.
Requirements
- Proficiency in React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles and the software development lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience as a Frontend Engineer in a SaaS technology company.
- Proven ability to own key features and drive end-to-end development.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with engineers, product managers, and designers.
- Ability to operate effectively in high-uncertainty and rapidly changing environments.

- Annual base salary range: $120,000–$250,000 USD.
