Staff Software Engineer, Product Engineering

Responsibilities
- Own a large portion of a product and deliver projects end to end.
- Research competitors, write product specifications, make wireframes, and make product and design decisions.
- Build both frontend features and backend or infrastructure improvements as needed.
- Talk with customers to understand requirements, prototype solutions, and iterate based on user feedback.
- Design and implement powerful abstractions and flexible systems for ambiguous product and technical challenges.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and engineers to deliver projects.
- Create leverage through automation, abstractions, debugging tools, and lint rules.

- Experience building software across the technology stack, including frontend and infrastructure.
- Experience tackling projects with significant product and technical ambiguity.

Compensation
- Annual salary range: £151,000–£246,000.
