Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding, account management, and customer success for key employer partners and users.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client relationships.
- Lead the customer support function and gather feedback from customers and end users.
- Build, test, iterate, and improve operational processes as the company scales.
- Use data and strategic thinking to drive business results.
- Travel to client sites up to 30%.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in client-facing roles such as account management, customer success, consulting, or business operations.
- 2+ years of experience or domain expertise in fintech, financial services, technology, benefits, or HR technology.
- Customer-focused, strategic, analytical, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, pivot quickly, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Willingness to work Eastern or Central time zone hours preferred.
