Leads end-to-end implementations of a complex B2B SaaS solution for mid-market and smaller enterprise customers, managing multiple concurrent projects and advising customers on best practices, adoption, and change management. Requires strong technical proficiency, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities
- Manage and execute end-to-end implementations of Ashby’s solution for mid-market and smaller enterprise customers.
- Manage approximately 15 active implementations simultaneously, each lasting 4–8 weeks.
- Develop and execute implementation plans that deliver a positive customer experience and expedited time to value.
- Define scope, align stakeholders, communicate project plans, and deliver against agreed expectations.
- Maintain customer engagement and communication throughout implementation.
- Guide customers through change management and adoption of new systems and processes.
- Advise customers on software usage best practices to maximize value.
- Identify thematic customer opportunities and improve implementation processes.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations.
- Use metrics and analytics to inform decisions and measure success.
- Travel as needed.
Requirements
- Extensive experience leading implementation and onboarding projects in high-growth B2B SaaS environments.
- Experience with complex, multi-module SaaS systems.
- Understanding of shared configuration and data models.
- Comfort with analytics, conditional logic, and relational data.
- Strong customer relationship, communication, listening, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment.
- Technical proficiency and attention to detail.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
