Requirements
- Recent graduate with less than 12 months of full-time work experience, or a 2026 graduate with full-time availability.
- Experience writing SQL queries for relational databases.
- Strong analytical skills to investigate, prioritize, and identify the root cause of issues.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- User-first mindset and enthusiasm for solving difficult problems.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Interest in learning about technical products and processes.
- Organized, self-directed approach with a passion for solving user challenges.
- Process-oriented mindset and ability to execute.
- Willingness to work in an in-office environment with strong cross-team collaboration.
