Define the agent experience: autonomous tasks (segments, variants, experiments, traffic allocation) vs. human approval (production launches, brand-sensitive content). Design feedback loops for building trust.
Scale GTM: co-own pipeline, join customer calls, shape competitive positioning, partner with CS on implementation playbooks.
Requirements
Zero-to-one track record: built products from nothing to meaningful revenue, ideally B2B SaaS.
Technical depth: evaluate architectural tradeoffs, debate infrastructure with engineers, reason about batch vs. real-time, caching.
Commercial instinct: think in pipeline, conversion, expansion; build revenue-mapped roadmaps.

Compensation
