Channel Account Manager, Reseller
Own and scale reseller and system integrator partnerships for Korea, driving partner-sourced revenue, co-selling, onboarding, enablement, and co-marketing. Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day relationships with strategic resellers and system integrators in Korea, serving as the primary local contact for billing, contracting, and general queries.
- Manage partner deal registration, pipeline discipline, conflict resolution, and named end-customer reporting.
- Forecast and report partner pipeline and performance against quarterly revenue and partner-attach targets; own the Korea channel number.
- Negotiate resale agreements and commercial terms with partners, Legal, and the central program team.
- Co-sell with local account teams on partner-sourced and partner-influenced opportunities, managing direct-versus-partner conflicts.
- Develop joint business plans with system integrators and resellers to drive mutual growth and revenue.
- Build executive-level relationships within Korean partner organizations.
- Support partner onboarding from diligence and agreement execution through launch readiness.
- Coordinate Korean-language partner certification and enablement, including recertification.
- Manage relationships with AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure in Korea, including Marketplace private offers.
- Establish local channel processes, governance, margin mechanics, escalation paths, and operating rhythms.
- Run regular business reviews and QBRs with partners.
- Own partner co-marketing in Korea, including marketing plans, MDF-funded campaigns, announcements, webinars, and events.
Requirements
- Experience managing channel or reseller partners in enterprise software or cloud.
- Experience working with large Korean system integrators or cloud managed service providers.
- Understanding of partner-led selling in Korean enterprise, public sector, and financial services accounts.
- Working knowledge of channel program mechanics, including deal registration and partner tiering.
- Full professional fluency in Korean and professional working proficiency in written and spoken English, including Korean-language partner enablement.
- Ability to work hands-on and build structured processes in a new program.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience; relevant field of study or demonstrated equivalent expertise.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with cloud marketplace resale, particularly AWS Marketplace private offers, or AWS partner teams.
- Familiarity with partner-program margin and rebate mechanics.
- Experience structuring informal partner activity into a formal program or joining a partner program before or at launch.
- Experience on both the system integrator or managed service provider side and vendor side.
- Familiarity with enterprise and public-sector AI adoption in Korea.
