Responsibilities
- Manage a team of 5–7 Territory Account Executives focused on fintech accounts, driving expansion and competitive new-logo acquisition.
- Coach account executives to identify expansion opportunities across products, use cases, and business units.
- Build account strategies with executive value messaging, pitch positioning, and coordinated go-to-market efforts with Marketing.
- Grow existing accounts through multi-product adoption and executive-level relationships.
- Attain consumption-based revenue targets through disciplined, data-driven pipeline management.
- Develop the team through structured 1:1s, deal reviews, and skill-specific coaching.
- Recruit exceptional account executive talent as the team grows.
- Set clear performance expectations and address performance issues promptly.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Account Management, Legal, and Commercial teams to improve win rates and deal cycles.
- Participate in strategic deals as a coach and escalation point while maintaining account executive ownership.
Requirements
- 10+ years of sales experience in B2B SaaS or platform/infrastructure sales, with meaningful fintech, payments, or financial services experience.
- 5+ years of frontline sales management experience leading quota-carrying account executives.
- Track record of coaching account executives to close and grow accounts worth $100K–$500K+ ARR, including net-new logo acquisition.
- Strong pipeline and forecast data discipline.
- Ability to influence Product, Legal, and Marketing cross-functionally without positional authority.
- Outstanding communication and executive presence, including experience selling from technical champion to C-suite economic buyer.
- Coaching-first leadership style.
Nice to Have
- Experience selling API-first or developer-focused products.
- Familiarity with consumption-based or usage-based pricing models.
- Background in open banking, identity verification, payments, or adjacent fintech infrastructure.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $266400–$406800.
- Additional compensation may include equity and/or commission.
- Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
