Serve as HR business partner to data center operations leadership, handling org design, performance management, shift workforce scheduling, retention, and end-to-end employee relations for hourly and salaried staff in 24/7 onsite environments.

Role Scope
- Partner with data center operations leadership across sites: org design, performance, and the people calls a 24/7 operation generates.
- Support site leaders on shift workforce management: scheduling models, fatigue, and retention.
- Run employee relations for a distributed hourly and salaried workforce, fairly and fast.
- Build people programs that work at a data center: onsite, shift-based, safety-adjacent.
What We're Looking For
- You've been an HR business partner for operations, manufacturing, or field workforces.
- You've handled employee relations cases end to end: investigation, documentation, resolution.
- You're credible with site technicians and VPs in the same day.
- You travel to sites and are more useful there than on video.
