Responsibilities
- Work directly with the co-founders and senior team on presentations, spreadsheets, reporting, and growth initiatives.
- Conduct customer and market research to identify opportunities and support strategic decisions.
- Track the ROI of growth channels to improve resource allocation and identify new growth opportunities.
- Design, launch, and improve the careers page to attract talent.
- Plan and coordinate team activities and events, including outings and in-office events.
- Support the company's presence on social media, at conferences, and through other channels.
- Analyze customer product-usage data to inform quarterly Customer Success planning.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a high-intensity, high-velocity environment, such as an early-stage startup, top-tier management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or a similarly demanding execution-focused setting.
- Ability to take ambiguous briefs, structure problems, and drive high-quality outputs end to end.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including building Excel or Google Sheets models, analyzing product-usage data, tracking growth metrics, and drawing actionable conclusions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce polished decks, memos, and external-facing materials.
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Entrepreneurial, resourceful, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable with rapid context switching.
Nice-to-haves
- Exposure to B2B SaaS or AI/ML.
- Experience supporting a founder or C-suite executive directly.
- Familiarity with go-to-market functions such as marketing, sales operations, or customer success.
