Essential Functions
- Live chatting with clients to assist them in real time
- Answering incoming calls to resolve client questions and returning callback requests
- Emailing with clients and providing them with frequent updates
- Uncovering upsell opportunities through active listening and needs-based discovery
- Coordinating with internal teams to resolve customer requests effectively
- Actively managing case workload to ensure prompt follow-up and continuous customer engagement
- Triaging and reporting technical issues to the product team
- Supporting and assisting your teammates
