Responsibilities
- Design and build foundations for 0-to-1 initiatives within the Business Operations function.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to build, execute, monitor, and implement scalable products and processes addressing core business challenges.
- Analyze data to develop strategies, accelerate progress, identify improvement opportunities, and deliver roadmap priorities and team OKRs.
- Build and manage a growing team.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in operational roles at high-growth companies.
- Background in consulting, finance, or business operations preferred.
- Strong data analysis skills and comfort solving complex, ambiguous problems.
- Ability to thrive in unfamiliar challenges, drive outcomes, and shape strategy.
- Operational excellence with the ability to manage many moving pieces.

Compensation and Benefits
- Base pay range: $121,600–$190,000.
- Equity compensation may be available depending on position and level.
