Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Architect and ship features across the stack at lightning speed
• Build end-to-end workflows, take them to production, and solve real world problems at scale
• Raise the bar for code quality and decision-making as an early technical steward
• Set patterns for world-class engineering culture as the company scales
• Build tools, mental models, and platforms to accelerate growth

Requirements

• Strong coding skills with demonstrated proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, C++, Python, Rust, or similar
• Strong engineering prowess, ideally developed at startups
• Familiarity with storage and data processing systems, cloud infrastructure, and other technical tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to iterate quickly with teammates, incorporating feedback and holding a high bar for quality

Compensation

• Estimated salary range: $230,000 - $300,000/year
