Strategy & Operations Lead – PEO & HRS Product Operations
Leads strategic planning, process improvement, reporting, and cross-functional special projects for Rippling’s PEO/HRS product operations. The role requires 4–6+ years in consulting, strategy, or high-growth operations, strong data-tool and Excel skills, and executive communication ability.

Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leadership to translate annual objectives into actionable, measurable operating plans and OKRs.
- Identify organizational bottlenecks and design scalable systems, including workflows and product improvements, to support growth without linear headcount increases.
- Lead complex, high-impact initiatives across Operations.
- Navigate structural shifts, tool adoptions, and evolving business models with minimal disruption.
- Build and own dashboards tracking operational health and provide executive-level performance narratives.
Requirements
- MBA from a Tier-1 institute or equivalent experience.
- 4–6+ years of experience in management consulting, business strategy, or high-growth operations roles.
- Proficiency with data tools such as SQL and Looker or Tableau.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to influence executive-level stakeholders and simplify complex technical or operational problems into clear choices.
- A "no task too small" attitude combined with big-picture strategic thinking.
Work Environment
- Office-based employees are currently expected to work in the office at least three days per week when living within a defined radius of a Rippling office.
